Indication
- Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) - Erosive esophagitis - Peptic ulcer disease - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Ingredients
- Esomeprazole
Direction
Take orally, usually once daily, at least one hour before a meal.
Side effects
- Headache
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole
- Risk of C. difficile infection
- Increased risk of bone fractures with long
- term use
- Monitor liver function in impaired patients
