Indication
- Nausea and vomiting - Dyspepsia symptoms - Gastric motility disorders
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Take orally, typically 15-30 minutes before meals. Usually 10mg, three times daily.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Drowsiness
- Galactorrhea (rare)
Precautions
- Risk of cardiac side effects (QT prolongation)
- Contraindicated in moderate to severe hepatic impairment
- Avoid concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
