Indication
- Prevention of atherosclerotic events (MI, stroke) in high-risk patients - Acute coronary syndrome management - Peripheral arterial disease management
Ingredients
- Clopidogrel
Direction
Take orally once daily, with or without food, as prescribed by a physician.
Side effects
- Bleeding (e.g.
- nosebleeds
- bruising)
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea
- Indigestion
Precautions
- Increased risk of bleeding
- History of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers
- Impaired liver or kidney function
- Discontinue before elective surgery (consult physician)
