Indication
- Prevention of nausea and vomiting - Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting - Post-operative nausea and vomiting - Radiotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting
Ingredients
- Ondansetron
Direction
Administer orally. Dosage and frequency depend on the patient's condition and age, usually taken before chemotherapy or surgery, or as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Headache
- Constipation
- Diarrhea
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to Ondansetron
- QT interval prolongation risk
- Serotonin syndrome risk with other serotonergic drugs
- Electrolyte imbalances
