Direction

Take orally. Dosage and frequency depend on the infection, usually 3-4 times daily with or without food as prescribed by a doctor.

Precautions

Hypersensitivity to clindamycin
Risk of pseudomembranous colitis
Monitor liver and kidney function
Caution with neuromuscular blocking agents
