Indication
- Prevention of atherothrombotic events - Recent myocardial infarction - Recent stroke - Established peripheral arterial disease - Acute coronary syndrome
Ingredients
- Clopidogrel
Direction
Take orally once daily, with or without food, as prescribed by a physician.
Side effects
- Bleeding (e.g.
- nosebleeds)
- Bruising
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
- Dyspepsia
Precautions
- Increased risk of bleeding
- Prioritize caution in patients at bleeding risk
- Discontinue before elective surgery
- Monitor for signs of TTP
